With architecture similar to New York City's historic Flatiron Building, this 48,000 SF, six-story ground-up building including cellar will be the new home of Alianza Dominicana, the most comprehensive Dominican human service and community development organization in the nation. The facility will also house the Casa Afro-Quisqueya Cultural Center and offices for Columbia University.
